I am an active NetBSD user. I primarily use it for my Cobalt Raq2+ (mips, 250MHz 256MB RAM) machines of which I have 3 systems I use to run various webpages and backup systems. I also am one of the (three?) few users who have it on an HP Jornada 620LX, which is a small machine from ~1997 with 75MHz SH-3 processor and 16MB RAM (running with 2GB CF disk and a Linksys WPC11 wireless-b pcmcia card). I also use it on x86 for various building and compiling purposes.
