Supported pkgsrc platforms
From NetBSD Wiki
pkgsrc supports a large number of platforms. The level of support differs a bit between them, so it is good to know what supported actually means.
There are three levels of supports:
- Basic support:
- Someone has tried to port pkgsrc to that platform.
- The necessary files (mk/platform) are in the pkgsrc infrastructure.
- (FIXME: Word missing) support:
- Someone is currently using pkgsrc on that platform.
- Active support:
- There are bulk builds running on that platform.
- Binary packages are publicly provided.
To measure the usefulness of pkgsrc on a platform, you can look at the latest Bulk build results for that platform, which are published on the pkgsrc-bulk mailing list.
