Configuration

KDM, The KDE Display Manager can be easily configured by using the Control Center, but there is a little trick you must do in order to make it work properly: 

rm /usr/pkg/share/kde/config/kdm/kdmrc
ln -sv /usr/pkg/etc/kdm/kdmrc /usr/pkg/share/kde/config/kdm/kdmrc

Note: You must do this because Control Center saves the configuration file in one place and KDM looks in another.


Start-UP

Open a Konsole and type: 

which kdm >> /etc/rc.local

Now, the next time you reboot your machine you'll be greeted by KDM!
