WARNING: double match for boot device (sd0, sd1)
boot device: sd0
root on sd0a dumps on sd0b
root file system type: ffs
- Timercounter ACPI-safe runs double fast on this board (and P5A-B too). This is a known issue with this ALI chipset. Using a line like "kern.timecounter.hardware=i8254" in /etc/sysctl.conf to switch to a different clocksource gives a normal speed clock.
- sd1 was cloned from sd0, so some id in the boot magic or something like that might be the same. This will be the reason for the line "WARNING: double match for boot device (sd0, sd1)".
